Full design and build service or alternatively choose elements from the
list below which match your requirements.
Free Initial Visit - to discuss requirements, view garden and show examples of previous commissions. Evening and weekend meetings are available. Thereafter a clear and understandable scale of charges will apply for the following services:
Site Survey – all projects require a detailed measurement of the site from which an accurate scale drawing is produced. It also includes an assessment of the utility services, site aspect, existing planting and all relevant environmental and legal aspects.
Concepts and Visual - includes draft designs and assessment of
the use of space within the garden, supported by images that best describe
the atmosphere and style of garden to be created.
Sketches - how the proposed new design would look.
Master Plan - final design drawn to scale detailing all landscaping
materials used.
Detailed Construction Drawings – scaled drawings of build
techniques relevant to the final design to ensure correct constitution of
build materials are used.
Planting Plan & Sourcing - detailed plan outlining the position
of all plants within the design. Also includes sourcing of appropriate number
and type of plants and trees. Elemental Designs will undertake the planting
work once the build is complete.
Lighting Plans - detailed layout of all lights and cabling requirements. Single to multiple circuit systems, manual or remote control depending on requirements.
Management of Construction Phase - includes obtaining landscape
contractor quotations, preparation of all contractual and budget documentation,
timescale and quality monitoring during the build.
Garden Ornament Sourcing Service – add ons such as pots,
containers, reclaimed garden ornaments, garden art or sculpture work can
add the finishing touches to a garden. Elemental Designs will provide example
ideas and source any specific requirement.
Schedule of Aftercare - to maximise the full development of your
garden.
Planting Containers - installation of containers and planting up with agreed planting scheme.
