Country / Large Gardens - Sussex
(Built November 2004. Planted May 2005)
Levels were a major issue for this garden with up to a two metre height difference between door footings and ground level. All rear external doors existed at different levels, so the new scheme allowed all exits to be at the same level. Due to the amount of retaining walls required, local Sussex sandstone was used to face walls providing a more natural dry stone wall look. An old reclaimed Butler sink found and installed as an external tap area.
