City / Small Gardens - St Margaret's, Middlesex
(Built November 2006. Planted December 2006)
Client required a more open low maintenance space with key focus points. Reclaimed sea gabions were erected to create a vertical sculpture. Evergreen plants suitable for a north facing garden included box hedging, ferns, ground cover, camelias and euonymus. These were planted around a new path laid with black limestone and edged with granite setts. A new gate was constructed out of green oak.
