City / Small Gardens - Grove Park, London
(Built and Planted December 2004)
Client required very low maintenance garden that could be used an extension
of entertaining space from the house. A chunky green oak bench formed a
main seating and rendered block work walls enclosed the planting. Tall pillar
walls screen off the seating area from mini football pitch required for
the children. Plants are all evergreen and a glass panel sculpture was used
as a focal point from the house.
